EXPERIENCE
As a full-time Realtor since 1977, Terrylynn has worked hard to attain the CRS, SRES, CSP, ASP, ASPM, RRS, and GRI designations, which are awarded to the Realtors who meet the strict education, experience and production levels required. She was just inducted into the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in January, 2008. The CRS is awarded to only 4% of Realtors in the country and the CSP/Realtor and ASPM/Realtor have an elite membership of only a few hundred worldwide. Terrylynn’s personal sales volume in 2005/2006 was 38,850,530 with 67 transactions, which puts her in the top production ranks in her company since joining Diablo Realty in 1994. This happens in part because Terrylynn gives full-time attention to real estate on behalf of her clients, whether listing, selling or managing their rental properties, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges or Reverse Exchanges and all the other options available for your real estate investing. Owning, managing and exchanging real estate of her own gives her the practical knowledge to give you relevant advice and competently handle related issues. Terrylynn believes her commitment to be a full-time Realtor and continuing her education by obtaining advanced designations gives her a well rounded, full service real estate practice to better serve you. FAMILY
Terrylynn’s partner in life since 1969, Bob is 5 years retired from his career in police work and is now her partner in real estate . They have three daughters, Chris, Laura and Amy, and five grandchildren, Rhiannon (12-25-97), Byron (3-17-00), Ricky (12-4-01), Dominick (3/17/04), and Musa (10-12-06). Their sons-in-law Byron and Muctarr complete the family circle. Oops, don’t forget mom, Shirley Davies who can be seen doing mailings or at an open house occasionally helping out and spending time with her daughter, grandkids and great grandchildren.
